Gurupournima Celebration- 2022 at Siddhagiri Math

This year's Gurupournima will be celebrated on Wednesday 13th July, 2022 at Shri Kshetra Siddhagiri Math, Kaneri, Kolhapur (Maharshtra).

The full moon in Ashadha is dedicated to the memory of the Guru, and this full moon is called Gurupournima. Gurupournima is also called Vyaspoornima. This is the holy day to pay homage to the Maharshi Vyas who wrote the Mahabharat and the Puranas.

This festival realizes us the importance of Guru in our life. Siddhagiri Math is appealing to all Gurubandhu & Bhaginis to be part of this divine Gurupournima Mahotsava and also to invite their kith and keens.
